How much will tickets cost? + Tickets range based on whether you are a current GiveCampus Partner and if you take advantage of early bird pricing. GiveCampus Partners also receive complimentary passes based on their plan. Registration for the virtual event is free. Early Bird Pricing (before June 30): • GiveCampus Partner: $455 • Non-Partner: $755 Standard Pricing (after June 30): • GiveCampus Partner: $955 • Non-Partner: $1,255 Can I register my entire team as a group? + At this time, each person has to register individually. Group registration is not available. I'm a GiveCampus Partner. How do I take advantage of my complimentary ticket(s)? + For GiveCampus Partner Institutions, your team will be granted a set number of complimentary seats based on your [GiveCampus plan and edition](https://go.givecampus.com/pricing/). The number of complimentary tickets and instructions on how to utilize your unique promo code will be communicated via email to your school's primary GiveCampus admin. If you have not received an email, please check with the primary admin for your school's account. You can also reach out to gcpc@givecampus.com with any questions. What if more people register than our institution has seats allotted? + Any additional in-person tickets can be purchased for a fee or additional teammates can attend the virtual sessions for free. Is there a virtual attendance option? + Yes! GCPC 2026 will offer both in-person and virtual attendance options. The virtual conference is free to attend. It is important to note that only select sessions from the in-person conference will be streamed virtually. What is the refund and cancellation policy? + Per the [GiveCampus Event Terms & Conditions](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VXnbmg7cvv7GzXkUzTowj7aDT62fdNeGAOjOSrqHMk4/edit?usp=sharing), registrations may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost, subject to GiveCampus's approval. Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event are fully refundable. Cancellations within two weeks of the event are non-refundable. If the conference is postponed, registrations automatically roll over to the new date. ### Travel & Accommodations What airport should I fly into? + The Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is located 4 miles (17-minute drive) from the conference. Additional nearby airports include Dulles International Airport (IAD), which is 28 miles away (1-hour drive), and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), which is 45 miles away (1 hour and 15-minute drive).
