When and where is GCPC 2024?

The GiveCampus Partners Conference (GCPC) kicks off the evening of July 29, 2024 with a happy hour followed by two full days of content on July 30-31, 2024. For those attending the in-person, the conference will kick off the evening of July 29, 2024 with a rooftop happy hour at GiveCampus HQ followed by two full days of content at the historic Capital Turnaround in Washington, D.C. Head over to the registration pages to view a more detailed schedule and timing for both the in-person and virtual conference. 

Who can attend GCPC 2024? 

The GiveCampus Partners Conference is open to all educational fundraisers. The virtual event is free while the in-person event is a ticketed conference

Where can I find view the agenda for the event?   

Industry trailblazers representing institutions like Villanova, The Westminster Schools, Carnegie Mellon University, The Lawrenceville School, University of Tennessee, Charlotte Country Day School, Pomona College, Phillips Exeter Academy, Tufts University, The Bryn Mawr School, Johns Hopkins University and many more will take the #GCPC2024 stage to share their insights and inspire you to take your strategies to the next level. Keep an eye on our LinkedIn page for speaker reveals in the coming weeks!

Registration

When will registration open? 

Registration is now open! You can register above. 

How much will tickets cost? 

Tickets to the in-person conference will range based whether or not you are a current GiveCampus Partner (i.e. an employee at an active Partner institution) and if you are able to take advantage of the early bird prices. Additionally, GiveCampus Partners will be granted a set number of complimentary passes to the in-person event based on your GiveCampus subscription and plan. Registration for the virtual event is free. Depending on these factors, tickets will range from $0–$1,255. In-Person conference ticket prices are as follows: 
  • Early Bird Pricing (April 15 – June 20) 
    • GiveCampus Partner: $455
    • Non-Partner: $755
  • Standard Pricing (June 20 – July 15) 
    • GiveCampus Partner: $955
    • Non-Partner: $1,255

Can I register my entire team as a group?  

At this time, each person has to register individually. Group registration is not available.  

I am a GiveCampus Partner. How many in-person seats are allotted to my institution? 

Your institution will be granted a set number of complimentary seats based on your GiveCampus plan and subscription. The number of complimentary tickets each institution will receive as well as instructions on how to utilize your unique promo code for these free passes will be communicated via email prior to registration launching in spring. If you have any questions, please reach out to gcpc@givecampus.com.

I am a GiveCampus Partner. How do I take advantage of my complimentary ticket(s)? 

Your institution will be given a unique promo code to utilize during registration that will eliminate all ticket fees. This promo code can be used at the very end of registration process right before checkout. Additional instructions on how to use your unique promo code will be communicated via email when registration launching in spring. If you have any questions, please reach out to gcpc@givecampus.com.

I am a GiveCampus Partner. What if more people register than our institution has seats allotted?

Any additional in-person tickets can be purchased for a fee or additional teammates can attend the virtual sessions for free. Fees for additional in-person tickets are detailed above.  

Virtual Event

How much does it cost to attend the virtual conference?  

The virtual conference is free to attend!

Will the virtual event stream all of the in-person sessions? 

No, only select in-person sessions will be streamed virtually.   

Will the virtual session be recorded? 

Yes, the virtual sessions will be recorded and available to rewatch post-event. 

Travel & Accommodations

What airport should I fly into? 

The Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is located 4.6 miles / 12 minute drive from the conference. Additional nearby airports include Dulles International Airport (IAD), which is 31 miles away / 35-45 minute drive, and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), which is 32 miles away / 45-60 minute drive. 

Where should I stay? 

The conference is being held at the Capital Turnaround at 700 M St SE, Washington, DC 20003. GiveCampus has secured two hotel blocks near the Capital Turnaround. The booking deadline to secure this discounted price is June 28, 2024, or until the room block is full.
